in an attempt to be healthier for the new year ahead, i am going to try to keep my fridge & pantry stocked with much healthier foods... out of sight, out of mind!
{instead of ice cream, greek yogurt. instead of the bag of chips, a bag of dried fruit.}
these food lists will be a good, constant reminder of what i should be purchasing at the grocery store.
