apple crates

i cant wait to turn these... 

into these... (!) 
 
i've got eight to make a bookshelf and one (really cool one) to make a toy bin for the judy boy. 
installation happening tomorrow!

    I know this is total stalkerish but I found your blog through a friend of a friend. Anyways, I LOVE your idea for the apple crates. Where did you happen to find your crates?

    Thats what blogs are for... to stalk! hahaha. Im glad you found mine :) I got them up in alpine from a lady that was selling them on KSL. If you just put in apple crates, it should come up! (her dad owns an orchard so she had lots and lots!)

    love this idea. wish i would have discovered it before a bought a bookshelf at ikea a few months ago. i love a the rustic feel. great find!
