diy {fathers day gifts}

for fathers day, we gave both of our dad's paper weights that they can have on their desks at work... 

also known as wood blocks covered with pictures of jude

i got the blocks from home depot in the scrap section. it was $2 for a huge piece which i had the guy cut down to the size that i needed. 

since i wanted a dark wood i just picked up wood stain from hobby lobby and tried out two different stain colors. 

i picked out the pictures i wanted, cut them down to size and mod pogded them right on! 

super easy, super simple, super cute!
